Return & Refund Policy - ANA Sports
At ANA Sports, we want every purchase to feel right. If something goes wrong — wrong item, damaged goods, a change of heart within the allowed window — this page tells you exactly what to do and what to expect.
Order Cancellations
When can I cancel?
You can cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet moved to the shipping stage. Once our warehouse picks and dispatches your order, cancellation is no longer possible through normal channels.
Items that cannot be cancelled under any circumstance:

Customised or personalised products (once production begins)

Limited-edition and clearance items (due to inventory constraints)
How to cancel
Contact our customer support team by email or phone with your order number, registered name, and reason for cancellation. We will confirm the cancellation by email, typically within one business day. Requests received outside business hours are processed the following working day.
Returns
What can be returned?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

Damaged or defective on arrival

Incorrect (you received a different product or size than ordered)

Missing parts or included accessories
To initiate a return, you must submit clear photos or a short video showing the issue, along with your order number. Returns requested after 7 days or without valid supporting evidence will not be accepted.
Items we cannot accept back:

Products showing signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage

Items returned without original packaging, tags, or purchase invoice

Customised, personalised, or monogrammed products

Clearance and discounted items (unless arrived defective)
How to return

Email or call our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Share your order number, photos/video of the issue, and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange).

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and share the return shipping address if approved.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our warehouse.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

Refund timelines reflect our processing window. Actual credit to your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, this is beyond our control.
Partial refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued rather than a full one:

The returned product shows visible signs of use

Parts or accessories are missing from the return

The item is returned in a condition worse than received
We will always communicate the partial refund amount and reason before processing it.
Exchanges
Where stock is available, we are happy to offer an exchange instead of a refund. Let us know your preference when you contact us and we will do our best to accommodate it.
When ANA Sports cancels your order
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, failed payment verification, or stock errors. If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund using your original payment method, no partial deductions.
