Cancellation Policy

We allow order cancellations within 24 hours, provided the item has not been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you can wait for the delivery and place a return request if needed. To cancel an order, reach out to us with your order number and contact details.

 

Refund Policy

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

• Once the item reaches us, it will go through a quality check. If everything is in order, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• Products damaged by misuse or normal wear are not eligible for a refund. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours and include a photo or video so we can resolve it quickly.

 

Shipping Policy

• We ship across India. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days and delivered in 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

• Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking ID so you can follow your delivery. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
